I contacted Wells Fargo through their Customer Service 800 number, and they confirmed that the caller (in my case Leslie Alcarez) is an independent marketer that is making calls to offer a credit card offer. These calls are legit. However, I need a new credit card like a need a flying elephant. Awesome to use, but still have to clean up the mess after.

I got a call from this number, they claimed it was wells Fargo and were able to verify all my accounts, they offered me a credit card which I have since received and used

Called and left a voicemail saying his name is Mark from Wells Fargo calling regarding about a credit card promotion.
My caller said he was named Paul Drabig (sp?) Referenced a supposed mailing solicitation to me about a new credit card.
