Mrs. Simpson called me today at a private number so I CANNOT BLOCK it. They did leave 855-334-4197 on my v/m. They left a message for someone I do not know. I will not be calling them back. But I can not block them due to them calling from private number

Has anyone ever had them send them a letter to go to court? I have never had an account with Comenity Bank nor would I the way they act. They call daily as an unknown and left a threatening message same as the rest.

I got a call today which starts out like this. "This message is for (pauses & then says my first name). (Says my first name), my name is Amara. (Addresses me by first name), I'm calling in regards to an urgent matter that has been escalated to my office for review. (Says my first name), it would be in your best interest to contact me at the name & number of the attorney that is representing you. If you are not being represented by an attorney at this point in time, I highly recommend that you contact me immediately so that we can discuss & review the situation & options that are available. I will be in my office at (pauses & shuffles paper) until 3 pm pacific standard time. You can reach me at 855-334-41(inaudible)7. My direct extension to my office is 1276172. If I do not hear back from you, I will have to assume that you have no intentions to contact my office to discuss this urgent matter & will be forced to proceed with actions that could potentially & directly impact you so call me, contact me back immediately at 855-334-41(inaudible)7 extension 1276172. Communication is key at this point in time in order to get the situation taken care of & resolved. Thank you." Funny she never said where she was calling from, never addressed my last name. It's almost like the one digit in the call back number was intentionally inaudible. So I called the number back using every number between 0-9 as the inaudible digit & finally I get Comenity Bank & Amara is unavailable so another girl offers to help me & asks my name, I give it to her because I do have a Comenity Bank account, then she asks for my address but I start to think about this whole thing & refuse to give it to her & ask her why she needs it & she says to ID me, I give her the city but she insists on the address but I don't give it to her. I ask her if it is their policy to call people with the above message without saying who they are & threatening legal action & she says yes so I told her that was harassment & hung up on her! Since I'm not even sure this website is legitimate, I hesitate to upload the auto recording of the message she left me because she used my first name which I do not want identified on this website I also hesitate to leave an audio recording since my voice would then be recorded.

I received a call from a Mr. Gentry today stating that I needed to send him my attorney's name and number in regards to a matter from Commenity Bank. I do have a VS credit card but have never even used it. He also said that if he didn't hear back from me then they would proceed with action. I would seriously love to block this number but it comes up as 'unknown' on my phone

When I called back it did have Commenity Bank , well I looked up the REAL number for the bank and believe me its not this one at all. I get about getting an attorney etc. i need to upgrade my phone so I can block them. so annoying.

I got a call today from an "Attorney" calling himself Mr. Grey saying I needed to call Today to resolve a matter. He didn't say who is was calling for or what matter that needed to resolve. He constantly kept calling me by my first name. If you're a real attorney you would address me by my last name.

Woman called me asking for a person not associated with my phone.
I told her the person she was inquiring about was unknown to me. I asked her which company she represents, she then asked me fi you don't know this person, why do you care? I told her she sounded like someone I would lilke to fvck!

They call now from an unknown that I cannot block. Finally after 20 calls per day a message was left today. How can I get it to stop? I have no credit cards!

received calls from Commenity Bank everyday and called about 2-3x a day! The person who claims to be from Comenity Bank, name ''Sherry'' or ''Cheri''? stating that my husband owes $ from Victoria Secret card. He nor I don't even have a VS card! This morning, i was feeling i have had enough and called the number and the lady ''sherry'' or cherri''/'kerri''? anyways, i told her that we don't have a VS card and told her to stop calling us! She claiming that she have the correct info on my husband?? i hung up after i got so frustrated with her. It's not even worth to try to ask to stop calling/harassing you.

Caller ID shows HLCC, but number is from Comenity Bank. They have called for months several times a day, morning, noon, and night but never left a message. I have never done business with them and I have blocked every number they use, but they keep calling from a new number. Today they/he (a Mr. Gray) left a voicemail for the first time with a very threatening message that he "needed" me, or my representing attorney, to return his call immediately to avoid possible escalation of this issue. (I was not informed what the issue is) This "Mr. Gray" went on to say that options were available to resolve this matter voluntarily and if I do not do so, an escalated action will proceed. In a very authoritarian and demeaning manner he then said "Your call is expected TODAY!" and to call him at 855-334-4197 (yet, another Comenity number) at ext. 1275164. And he once again added that my call "IS EXPECTED TODAY."

it would be in my interest to call her back with the name of an attorney to represent me....if I don't call today, she will procede with actions that will impact me directly.
