Received the same call as anonymous .... They had all old information from about 6 years ago trying to say it was regarding a payday loan which I do not recall and if it was true why has this never showed up on my credit report. Like seriously! The guy states wveryghinf was being turned over to the DA's office UNLESS I paid something over the phone now... Ummm yeah ok go for it dude! LOL Don't threaten me with some BS. Also they know when you are recording their call with an app because they won't answer the call "on hold". SMDH

The very exact same thing happened to me Friday Dec. 18 2015 around 10:45am morning. Some guy named Dale called and left a message - return call to 1-855-3350383. Documents waiting to be confirmed to be delivered - stating charges on Pay Day loan from 7 years ago. The thing is -- I never had a payday loan. Yet these folks claim they got info. I contacted Bank. They had no knowledge and no confirm of said allegations. Further more I have never had a account with said bank. That means something is not right. This Dale guy is a scammer. These scammers - They are trying to get as much valid info as possible from individuals. They them may try to use anything from your credit profile to open up accounts using your name and info - and you won't have a clue on what is going on while they put damage on your credit, These kind of individuals need to be stopped. This kind of stuff is very dangerous and can ruin

Said my bank was suing me for a payday loan. Had wrong email, my old address and work from 6 years ago and haven't even had any deposits from a payday loan they had my social number though which is scary.

This individual calls and leaves the following message "This important call is for Miss Weekly, we have important documents that we need to schedule a delivery for, please call me back at 855-335-0383, this is extremely important and requires your attention immediately" the 2 minutes of silence, but you can hear a person on the line. I waited without saying anything and they finally hung up. Obviously a new scam to get call backs, just like the so called "Florida Highway Patrol Association" If you call them back a guy named STEVE answers and goes into a pre-scripted BS about supporting the FHP troopers disabled during duty.
