Text message said my card was charged $799.00 for a sofa. Didn't say who they are or what card was charged. Had a 855 phone number to call for assistance. I called and it sounded like a call center with lots of background noise and people talking. I asked who I was talking with and she said Amazon customer service. I hung up and checked the number and it didn't have a name associated with it. It's not an Amazon number. It's a scam and they want to ask questions trying to get information.
