if you live in california they have 10 YEARS TO COLLECT IT! after that, you can sue them for harassment LOOK IT UP!
No, actually the SOL on collecting is 4 years. After that, they cannot sue and if they do try, just invoke the SOL.
Funny how the ones that say bad stuff are prob the same ones he had to sue ! I didn't listen and pay my account because like some of you i read it was a scam even though i know i owed the money . Joe offered me an payment plan and i was rude to him and hung up ... long story short now after a trip to court they take even MORE out of my pay check than he wanted me to pay !! I wish I saw this site and saw that he was real before it was too late but now it is ! My garnishment is $1000 a month they only wanted 2 payments of 500 for two months then 200 a month ... he is not a scamer he works at a law office and he help me i don't know why you had a problem with him but he treated me with respect and worked with me
I got a call from him too but he helped me out and kept me from going back to jail on my bail bond and worked with us so we could put some money down and pay each month , if it wasnt for him id be back at the workhouse , he is no scammer he;s the truth
