I received a call stating they have legal papers for me to sign to appear in court. Also stated that if I don't call back he will be at my house on thursday 10/20/11 for me to sign and if I am not home he will be coming to my place of employment. The man stated his name was Walter Stack a legal courier. The phone number on the caller id was private.

Receiving phone calls asking me to verify a MC application. The company transfers me twice eventually to Ms.Slater. Who rudely informs me that is regarding a MC account with XYZ company. She get beligerint and tells me they have sent letters. Then proceeds to tell me that they are going to sue me. I hung up.
