sounds like a scam when they called me

Received multiple calls from 1-855-380-9508 supplying a valid waybill number, stating they are DHL and payment is due on the package and they need more personal information. MC number, MC payments confirmation{item, shipping, duties & taxes}, name, address, phone number, item #, DHL already have. When I asked why they needed additional personal data would only state it is necessary. More calls followed after my refusal to give information.

They keep calling me every few days. I never answer. The messages are blank. So clearly a computer dial. If they really needed me they'd leave a legit message. Spam.

If it was legit, it would have included a tracking weigh-bill number to reference.

A person called gives up drivers license information and other stuff and keep calling back every 5 minutes even after you told him you weren't the person they were looking for

This was a collection agency, I suppose. When I told them I wasn't the person they named, they said they'd remove my number and promptly hung up on me. Very rude!
