Yes, they have called me hundreds of times and Rachael with her lowering of interest is connected to the Indian male voce that pretends to be employed by Microsoft. If you press 1 to lower your interest rate you get him on the phone. I have of course tried to be removed from their list, but when I tell them they are scammers they start calling you in the middle of the night. I have reported the number to be put on a no call list, but I have not seen any results yet. Good luck!
