It would be in your best interest to cooperate before final processing of legal documents being forwarded to your local summons division. As I have stated you are listed as a point of contact and may become a person of interest" and it goes on getting a tad threatening and basically stating I will become the person investigated if I don't call their office at 855-399-3107.They have done this before and we have been told by the police that this is an ongoing scam.

Very robotic voice calls and says "Hello, you have been listed as a point of contact in a legal investigation involving (my father, who has been dead for 30 years). Please press 1 now or hold for message. It would be in your best interest to cooperate before final processing of legal documents being forwarded to your local summons division. As I have stated you are listed as a point of contact and may become a person of interest" and it goes on getting a tad threatening and basically stating I will become the person investigated if I don't call their office at 855-399-3107.

It looks as if your account has reached the delinquent status now though I do understand that we fallen on hard times. If we do not hear from you, we will be forced to move forward against you to the fullest extent of the law. Now we've tried contacting you through the mail and phone numbers in which you provided for us. This is your final notice. If you do see for resolution, you can do so by calling us at 855-399-3107. Again that's phone number is 855-399-3107.

So this company just called my elderly mother. This is not an actual company. This is a pop up shop fake debt collector. They bought an old list from some rouge employee of some other legitimate company of people that are suspected to owing a debt. This company calling you is completely bogus, there is no real debt that you owe this company. They are doing business illegally and will be caught eventually like the rest of them. They will never stop calling you until they are caught, so do yourself a favor and file a complain against the #s they are asking you to call back.

I have received the same voicemails. I have not received anything in the mail with his mane on it, he reffers to the office but doesnt provide company information either? Totally annoying.
