This is a complete scam!!! I requested roadside assistance and they asked for payment of $450 up front before showing up or they won't show up. Never do any business with them!!!

This company is a fake! Driver was standed on the side of the road and needed assistance. Number was called and answered by lady named Jan. She sent out another truck to help with the problem. They asked for the money upfront and then when the truck got there to assist, they were not paid from the company. This woman will also call the truck repair person (who is unrelated to this company) and pretend to be the owner of the truck!!! This company does not answer calls and is very rude. They do not have a real website or voicemail. They are scammers!! They will never fax an invoice for the charges that you pay and then you have to pay the actual truck who is a real person who does his job and expects to get paid!!! They will not answer the phone after they rip you off and will be rude and hang up on you!! They will cuss you out for calling back and take your money and run!!! They are located in many locations according to their website which is totally fake and has links that do not do what they should. Seen several reports of this same thing happening to others!! Beware of anything related to MTS or Mobile Truck Service!!!!! Phone number 855-400-0855 is listed on many websites offering mobile truck assistance but DO NOT CALL!!! They are all fake and will rip you off!!!!

This number is listed on dozens of heavy truck roadside assistance websites. They claim to be a nationwide network of repair providers. We called the number on the website to get assistance sent to our broken down straight truck. The person who answered the phone said that payment arrangement must be made in advance (normal for a roadside repair) and said that someone would be at the vehicle within an hour and a half. Four hours later we called to see why no one had arrived. We were cursed and told that no one was coming. The company (which appears to go by the initials MTS) billed us for $1600. THIS IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!
