Another day, another scam, another dimwits, nitwits, morons, stupids, twits, doofus, nincompoops calling to tell us to call back and claim Apple support refund. Yeah, and the moon is made of moldy cheese and we have a nice swamp land we can sell dirt cheap for only $10 M so these twits can come and dig for the black gold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the morons in Congress don''t want any stinking laws to protect the consumers because protecting the phone cos like crook # 1 AT&T is their only goal so they can continue to allow these POS to open new accts day in and day out to make these scam calls. Got an Apple Alert on my computer with a number to call for assistance. I waited and called the number from my work land line. Was put on hold and eventually the line disconnected. A few hours later I answered a call from 855-403-4333 which had a message to call the number for my refund. I did. Background noise of many same angry voices with same talking points. Told me the refund amount and gave me an address to enter into my computer: ultraviewer.net When I told him I'd done that, he asked what I saw. After my naming fake "icons" he got annoyed with me and rude. I then told him the call was being traced, he said good and hung up. total scam
