Optum Rx yes they called to verify information and do a followup but they had wrong information. It is not uncommon for "spoofers" to present wrong information to you and ask if it is correct... then you give them the info. I called United Healthcare and complained that when they call they identify me by my birthdate and address, but there is no way to know if they are authentic.
