its a spam mass dialer call..it simply calls all numbers, an ignorant process used by ignorant entities...if you have a cell phone copy and paste the number to 7726 to report as spam, they will investigate if they get enough complaints there will be action take against the number holder or the number will be inactivated...companies that ignorantly use peoples time, cellular time and/or data need to be held to account but only will if people report
