Have called several times over the past few days but no message left.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! Scumbag foreign pieces of human crap. They are trying to steal your information and money. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Can I just say their voice-mails are super creepy? They call about once a day. When I block the number they call right back on a different one. Voice-mail says URG, but since I've never received anything in the mail from them, they aren't listed as a creditor on my credit report and they can tell me virtually nothing but that I owe them money, I'll just keep erasing the messages and blocking the numbers. Keep in mind that legit debt collectors have more information than just your phone number, the one time I actually spoke with one of these URG people they never used my name, when I asked for a paper statement they asked me who I was, I asked for whom they were calling and the response was "the person who owes this money". They're just hoping to scare someone with their creepiness and get them to pay money they don't owe.
