Got a call to set up appointment to discuss inactivity of my RCI and Bluegreen points. Suggested that I get compensation for unused points due to COVID. When I refused to screen share, the rep got frustrated and said she would send something in the mail. Let's see if I get that.
I'll call them on my own to verify things on my own timetable.
Received a call from Taylor Smith. Set-up time to discus our points that we have with Blue Green Vacations. Was on the phone with them for over an hour. We were supposed to get a brochure in the mail, never did. Then, I called and left 4 messages that were never returned. Was told a manager would call me because of no return calls. Today, I called and got put on hold and was place in Taylor's voice mail. Message I left was to remove me from their contact list. VERY DISAPPOINTED....
Called to tell me I am wasting 10,000 points per year I’m entitled to with RCI on TOP of my 17,000 BlueGreen Points. After 11 years they call to inform me? I don’t believe them.
Said they were RCI and I had points that I could use with my Bluegreen account to help pay for my maint fees
They wanted personal information to tell me what they can do for me for vacations.
