Lower my interest rate. Claimed to have 'spoken to you guys' before. WE have never ever spoken to anyone. Caller ID: Spoofed: 360 322 6371. different from number left on answering system. Usually 'unknown' calls do not ever leave any info.

This is the most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with. They call nonstop!! Everytime I ask to speak with a manager/supervisor she hangs up on me. What a joke.
Ive been getting calls from them for the past 5 days, and waking me up before noon. I finally snapped today and figured if I call and harass them and waste their time, they will stop calling. I called and started trolling them. It was pretty funny how mad they got. After about the 20th call they stopped picking up and I haven't received a call since. That should teach them to stop calling immature college students over winter break with way to much time on their hands.

Marketing calls purporting to offer you debt relief by consolidating credit, when you call to ask them to stop calling they become verbally abusive and pretty much refuse to put you on a do-not-call list. Really ignorant sounding women.
