They claim they sign paperwork requesting my appt tony's name and never received it said I have to call today or my case would be turned over there is no case this is a scam

Comes on as toll free call asks for Jerrod Robertson. I have had many calls, different numbers that are recordings for this name and others at my home..The caller was a well spoken women asking for him.... I said He does not live here, I don't know him and stop calling this number....she so softly said, well you don't have to be rude....These unknown callers, toll free, and the unknown name and unknown number calls need to be stopped...they always have a court summons to come serve you, a case file number, threats of coming to your home. All they want is your money to save someone, or someone is going to jail.....I am sick and tired of it....
