no..i got a text asking to call this number bc i had supposedly made a purchase of some high priced Amazon item and if it wasn't me i can dispute the charge. when i called he immediately told me i'd have to download an app to my phone so they can check my account and confirm security. when i refused he started yelling at me and then hung up. Definitely attempted fraud.
