Not sure why are they calling? I have no debt against my name. Anyhow, I do not answer any numbers I do not recognize. In addition I set call blocking between 9pm and 7am. I have no issue with sleeping well.

These bloodsuckers keep calling my number regarding a debt from a family member from 20 years ago!! The debt was actually written off by the original company and it is wayyyyyyyyyy past the 6 years of being reported on my family member's credit record.
So the original company already got the benefit (tax break) from the debt, then got more money from selling it to another collection agency, then that collection agency sold it to the bloodsuckers at CBV who idiotically think that people are stupid enough to pay a debt that has already been retired 20 years ago. Idiots won't get a penny. You hear that you losers at CBV?!

RECEIEVED A CALL THIS MORNING 7.30AM. ASKED FOR MY D.O.B. NOPE. NOPE NOPE!. TOLD THE LADY THAT I DIDNT HAVE ANY COLLECTIONS AND SHE A SCAMMER. SHE SAID NEVER MIND AND HUNG UP. BRUTAL.

No reason a collection company would be calling me
But this idiot called me this morning Thurs. Sept 29
at 7:49 AM!!!!!!!!!! I would have screamed in their ears if I
had answered but stopped that a long time ago,
now have to screen everything!

Received a call from 1-855-528-5378 extension 15050 and they asked me who was calling and I replied, "you should know who you left a voice message for and who you are calling". They asked for someone I have never heard of before, the catch, they called on my agency phone, so they apologized and supposedly took me off the list. How did they get my work number?

i was almost scam last month by no. 844 896 8440 i let them navigate my lap tap and this no. told me that someone used my magic jack when it fact it was my adapter that is giving me problem. after a long navigation to my lap tap and charging me $199.00 u.s. which did not do anything and i agreed bec i thought my magic jack someone is using it that's why i don't have the connection. thank goodness that i am quick that i am being played. guys never, never give any money to this number its a scam

CBV Collections - this company is insane. They call people for debts that have expired and are well past the lawsuit statute of limitations. All debts can only stay on your credit report for 6 years max in Ontario. So if any of these clowns call you for a debt, never admit it and never pay a penny. As soon as you pay a portion or all of the expired debt, it can restart the clock, as in get on your credit report again for 6 years. Just ignore them! (and FYI I don't owe any debt, but this clown from CBV called for a family member that hasn't had any credit in the past 10 Years.
