This number sent a text referencing a withdrawal they were going to take from my account for $1500. Wanted a call to confirm.

This folks is Key Bank's Collections Department. the same folks you borrowed from and don't want to pay. It is not an overseas scammer, it is the corporate office calling to ask when you can pay what you owe. It's really simple, just answer.
