Caller name was Todd Durbon. He left a message and told me that about a year or year and a half ago, I had filled out a form to enter to win a $25000.00 cash prize. He needed me to call back to verify that all the information that I had given them was still the same.I never called back.

Initial call was from 312-488-1851 about winning $25k. Call back number provided was 855-545-7293. Returned call and spoke with Dan, National Premium Services - Chicago at ext. 208. Offer involved attending a presentation at Direct Buy in Baton Rouge, and included gifts. Dan provided appointment dates, none that I could make, and left his contact number. This whole thing is HIGHLY suspicious, so I called Dan back, snd left a message to not call me again. I have never done business with Direct Buy or National Premium Services, so this places them at least in violation of the Do Not Call Registry, and leaves them highly probable of running a scam.
