A GUY CALLED MY FRIEND AND TOLD HER HIS NAME WAS STEVEN SCHAFFER AND THAT HE IS PURSUING HER FOR A LOAN THAT I HAVE AND SHE IS A REFERENCE THE GUY WONT SAY WHO HE IS COLLECTING FOR AND REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD ME HE WILL JUST PURSUE MY FRIEND WHO HAS NO DEALINGS WITH ANY FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS I MAY HAVE!! THIS IS A COMPLETE VIOLATION OF THE FDCPA..HARASSMENT, THREATENING, AND MISLEADING COMMENTS I HAVE REPORTED HIM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND PLACED A FRAUD ALERT ON MY CREDIT THIS IS A SCAM !!

SCAMMER ALERT - PLEASE BE WARE!!! Received this weird message from someone named Steven on my home voice mail. "Hey good morning this message is for Mary XXXXXX. Data birth XXXX X XXXX or Mary CXXXXXXXX XXXXXX. Date of birth XXXXXXXX X XXXX. Good morning good afternoon my name is Steven. My phone number is 855-546-9132. I need to speak to either one of you please regarding GXXX Federal Credit Union. This is something that was transferred over from Johnston County to Knox County regarding a online banking transaction. Account number 119697. My name is Steven at area code 85....". Weird because I belong to the credit union he mentioned and so does my mother (the other name in the message) but neither of us have made any transactions from the bank and the account number does not belong to either of us. SCAMMER!

i just got married 3 years, the nerve this scammer called my in laws and my husband with a very lenghty fabricated loan issue, told my hubby let him go in our house nor in my work, I do not know own a bank a loan nor issue bad check, he is just a scammer who is trying to phishing info so If my husband wil give him he got our bank number....Scammer you ruin my day and when I called you you did not even pick up the phone

This scammer, Mr. Steven Sanchez called my husband and since my husband is a little laidback he believe this is true because he hears that that scammer mentioned where I work but e thing he harrassed my hsband by saying he will go to our house, I owe something I issue a check even thpugh it is not real. Steven Sanches you made my husband think this really happen, we got a little disagreement and I really hate your scamming style, common go to my house and lets me see what The police will do to you.

He's phishing for information, got the same kind of call today. He said he has my ss number but I know he does not.

Mr Sanchez called. Said he was looking for my daughter on a loan he said she co-signed for me. No such loan, his employment was incorrect, my banking was incorrect, I called back to a voice mail. Told him when he called back I would add the local police to the call. He must spend his time cyber-snooping. Nancy

855-546-9132 Mr. Steven Sanchez.. representing community bank he says,,, he stated that I co-signed a online loan which I did not!.. for my cousin,, who never applied for any online loans,,,,,, this guy called my mom's number looking for my cousin, then asking for me,, he has my personal info. including maiden name which i found odd, but with everything being public knowledge now... i can see how.. i have called him back several times only to be greeted by a voice mailbox.... i plan to report him and this number to the attorney general's office and the police.. "BE AWARE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

How do we report him? He has my address and it's a bit creepy.

This Mr Sanchez is calling & impersonating Huntington Bank. He calling my number with wrong name & leaving messages about a "loan" It is a scam needs to be dealt with by the autorities
