They have you open up msconfig and show you that processes on your computer have stopped running (this is normal), and to turn them on you'll have to update your license. Then, they send you to a website...Support91.com where there are links to technicians 'who can help fix your problem" This is the edge of the cliff-- if you look at the links they want you to click, it will download and execute a program called "Supremo" which gives them access to your computer. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK. I kept the guy on for almost 15 minutes and he kept trying to convince me to download the file. I told him I would take it to bestbuy and he insisted that only microsoft corporation could fix my problem.
