Well this ext for Paulette still works in Oct 2018, after getting nowhere with the 855# at 7:30am, Paulette was the only ext I could find online, I called her, and she was very defensive, real collection company woman. It's NOT ILLEGAL to call at 7am she says. Yeah, but if I told you collectors yesterday that you're calling the wrong number and to STOP, that should be it. Paulette advised me she took my number off the calling list today (she can't verify it was done yesterday) and since she did it today it will be removed by 6pm. THAT ISN'T 24 HOURS. If you're gonna spew it make sure you can back it up. She gave me her supervisors number, will call that later. Thanks for posting this info it really helped this morning. Freaking annoying, relentless

I was woke up at 7:13 this morning from 855-553-4541. The line was dead when I answered so I called the number back. The company is CBV Collections Services and the caller's name was Paulette Carreia at extension 61001. I have received previous calls from this number (and other collection agencies as well), always searching for "Jacqueline McPherson" who obviously had my phone number at one time. It has been my number since March 2014 and I do not know the woman they are looking for. I have repeatedly requested that all these companies remove my number from their files but the calls continue.
