This company Rick Management Investigative Services called a relatives house looking for me. Told me they recieved my file from Wade, Pace, Gavino & Associates and that they are trying to collect for a payday loan from a company that they will not give me the name to. They just give me the amount of 658.00 that they say I owe. I told them that I filed bankruptcy and was willing to give them my lawyers info and they would not take it. Instead Janice Brown in the bankruptcy said that I could not include this in bankruptcy and that if I tried that it would be considered an intent to fraud a financial institution. Never would i actually try to do that but i got in a bad way and had to file bankruptcy. So I contacted my attorney and they said that is a bunch of crap and they are handeling this for me. Dont let this compnay try to get money out of you with no willingness to show proof of the debt and the same goes for Mr. Mitchell with Wade, Pace, Gavino & Associates because they weren't willing to send me any proof of the debt either. Did research on both companys and could not find any legit info on either of them. People beware!

This number was received from my relative cell phone, and home phone. The lady I spoke with name is Denise Taylor at ext. 1001. She asked for my Sister when she called. The name of the company is Risk Management Investigative Services. The woman ask about claim or judgement that had to be paid by my sister. This woman made the company sound really legit so I done a little bit investigation about it. Now days you can look up a number and it actually gives you information about that number. Really, anything you want to know on anybody is out on the web. Be careful and do your Homework on these types of calls. I'm just looking out on both of my sisters behalf. People are scamming anyway they can now! Please be careful.

This number calls and says they were given my case by Wade Pace and Gavino, first they say that I may be prosecuted, and that because I discussed payment with Wade, Pace, and Gavino that they can prove Iam liable. Then the lady got nasty about it so I hung up. I asked both companies for proof of the debt they say I owe and niether would provide any. I have tried over and over again to find anything on this company on the net and find nothing. When I look up the number all I find is it is unlisted and in georgia. They say the name of the company is Risk Management Investigative Services.
