Survey FedEx Real
Had previously called FedEx customer service to complain about uncertain delivery dates for package requiring my signature. Received this call as follow-up to verify package had been delivered. Would have completed survey but it continually malfunctioned - Select 1 for Yes repeatedly took me back to beginning of automated call requesting my confirmation/feedback. Said to Hell with it.
NO permission to call my cellphone. Contacted FedEx recently but SPECIFICALLY told them I did not consent to telemarketing and surveys.
I answered "Hello .. Hello .. Nobody there?" & hearing no reply, hung up. Likely was FedEx finally calling me back. Caller ID showed only the number. I'd called customer service twice about a missing package, was promised a call back in 2 hours each time. This was a 1.5 days from first call.
