Same as so many cases, it says from RBC and ask for someone else, asked my personal info to update the file! I didn't give any info and respond: just put it's wrong number!

This is a fraudulent call. Confirmed with personal banker. Do not believe any comments on here confirming this is actually RBC. Beware and don’t give any personal info

Call constantly bypassing block caller also calling for exhusband whom I have nothing to do with several times a day. They use a number from the US which I will not pick up from being in Ontario

Third call today, and about twenty this week with no answer. Finally I just yelled hello into the phone and lo and behold a person spoke on the other end. RBC VISA Collections. I filed bankruptcy on the eighteenth of July and was told that the calls would stop after about five days. Guess it's time to call the trustee.

they call multipule times a day, they never leave a message, when i do answer the phone they tell me they are an RBC collections agency. When I try to explain that I dont owe any $ and that I do all my banking at my local branch they are rude and even hang up. Then i continue to get these calls. I have been to my local branch and they have repeatedly toild me that all my finances are in order and that if there was a problem that they would call, from my local brach.
