I've received calls from this number every two days about 15 minutes later each time. They're trying to figure out when the numbers they call will answer. It's a computer set up and if you answer it will surely say it's a survey or political group but what they're really doing is gathering numbers who answer their phone and selling them to telemarketing companies. Don't believe your phone company when they say they can't do anything. These companies buy a lot of phone subscriptions and guess who's selling...

Given that it rang only a few times and not reaching the answering machine, and the fact that so many people reported this, I think this is purely a probe, a scan, to generate a database with people that pick up the phone fairly quickly and identify with "hello". That database is then later used to target other robocalls with. It's just purely a scan.

they just called me on my cell. a toll free number i was not able to answer on time, i dont know if they are a scam. but knowing something about telemarketing if they were a scam they most likely would not leave a call back number.something about them being a research company. they said if i dont want to be contacted to go to their website and put myself on a do not call list.

they said they issued pardons ???? No idea what this was about or how they got my email address and/or phone number. Can you clarify? I hope no one is using my personal data. Can this be checked?

They keep calling!!! I never answer because I'm never at my phone when they do but they never leave a message either and I've google that they are a scam and it's SO annoying!

Called late afternoon. Pre recorded message about cell phone usage. SCAM. recommend calling police right away.

Calls mostly late evening but if you answer you can not understand what they are trying to say because of all the background noise . My phone number is in the do not call registry and I have blocked the calls from my phone I still receive calls but it will only ring once then cut off.
