Numerous calls day & night

Keep calling about a payday loan I never took out and even though it's been in default for over a year, has never appeared on my credit report.

Need to stop calling anybody know you owe money to anybody goes on your credit report

Tell me that this is my final warning I have 72 hours to respond or action will be taking they said that over 72 hours ago

Call saying I have been served and to reply back in 72 hours

They leave a robo call message about serving you papers at either your home address or place of employment. It's over a legal matter in my area that they have papers on. They have also left messages stating that they are looking for me and need to verify my home address. So which is it? If they are serving me at home! shouldn't they already have my address? These people call 1-2 times a day sometimes. It's a scam over charged off debt. I have settled all of my debt with everyone I have ever owed in my lifetime. These scammers try to cheat you out of money that is not owed by threatening jail time. These people need to be stopped.

Harassing phone calls

I have gotten several recorded calls from this number. They're calling my cell, home and work phone. They always ask for me saying there is a matter to get back in contact with them. Today was the first time they said they were from "High Point". Really irritating and I need to get them to stop.

Yup these guys have been after me for a couple of years now... each time they claim to be a different company. I've been nice to them mostly, but last time they got me in a bad moment and we got to yelling. They keep threatening to take me to court, which is illegal BTW, I keep saying send me something in the mail. Which is my right but they never do. Just a scam...

I received a phone call yesterday from these people about two lenders that furnished a payday loan back in 2011. I ask for the original payday loan I was suppose to have taken out. They didn't have that information and no phone number for the company that is suppose to be collecting the money. Yeah right, I am suppose to give them my information, not in this life time. I can't find anything from that time, SCAM SCAM

This place is a scam. They called and say I owed $400+ for a payday loan. I never took one out.

Same type of robo calls, just a different day. I have had 72 hours for the past month to comply before they file a complaint in my county! I have been getting calls similar to this for the past 3 years! They refuse to send out a debt validation letter. I reported them to the FTC and the BBB. Within 2 days the calls stopped. However, I just received an email from the FTC stating that High Point Asset is still working on my "issue" and I should hear back from them in 60 days. Give me a break! I have nothing on my credit report, so therefore this is yet another scam!!!

I just Recieved a phone call and a number of voicemails from this number. They are saying I owe over 2,000 for a bank account. They can have it reduced to 830.00 and they need my credit card number. The bank wants to take legal action against me. Been outstanding Sinces 2010. That a account was closed before that. Saying if I don't. comply by Monday at 1:30pm I could go to jail for defrauding the bank. ??? Sounds a little off and all. I have not Recieved any letters or anything just these phone calls and all. Am not paying 2,000 or 830.00 Reading all this comments they are the scammers and ones fraud ing ppl here.

these people are calling where I work and leaving messages on other peoples voice mail but asking for me. this has got to stop. high point asset is the name. I called and left a very detailed explicit message for them and told them I was reporting them to the attorney general office in MN. this crap has got to stop. I think of all the people out there who get these calls and are scared to death with what they say on the phone. they better be afraid of me...as I will not back down from their calls and did report them......someone has to do something about them continuing to call and harass!
