This number called me as well. Said they had technicians in the area and it was a service outage. Service was restored for about a day before I started having issues again . Called Suddenlink today and told them and they said no, that was NOT their number. And now I am scheduled for a new service call. *Sighs* stupid scammers.

Called 3 times say they were from suddenlink. blocked them

This number called me too about an upcoming appointment with Suddenlink wanting to know what kind of issues we were having. I told the operator (very foreign accent) what the issues were. She tried to resolve issues by me unplugging cable box. May be a coincidence but, I think not, my tv service went down. Suddenlink has been unable to restore. Looks like my account had been deactivated. I gave out no account number or anything. When I answered the call it seemed legitimate. They asked for my husband by name. When I contacted Suddenlink about this, the operator said Suddenlink never calls customers. I saw other comments where people said it was Comcast and Xfinity calling about upcoming service appointments. I’d say it’s a scam for sure.
