the company is owned and operated by scott mcklusky his cell# is716-563-9526. Please help in shutting this company down. call your attorney general or call a local attorney and let them know that wdr is in violation of the FDCPA and I'm sure the attorney will take the case for free as the law protects you as a consumer from these predatory debt collectors.

Stating that i owe 175.00 from a loan in 2008, at first some one called stating they were coming to my house between 3&4 to serve me papers to ho to court,saying i was being sued,

Lady by the name of Rodriguez keeps calling to serve me papers. Keep harassing me . Says if I don't answer they are going to send me to court
Call from restricted number saying he will be at my house between 3 and 4 to serve a summons and make sure I had ID. Also said if he wasn't able to contact me at home he would come to my work on Monday. In the meantime he gave me the number to WDR Firm in case I had questions. Nothing on casnet showing anything being issued by the court.

called and harassed my child telling him i was going to jail. left an invalid case number supposedly at my local court house . i called and checked ccap and nothing is pending in my name and no such case number bunch of assholes.
