This number is actually not spam. It really is Triwest Healthcare Alliance. I got this same call today after having some VA appointments, saw all of these reviews, and looked up the real number to Triwest (https://www.triwest.com/en/contact/).

I called them and they really do have a referral for me. I highly recommend calling them directly at their real number and seeing what the referral is about. The voicemail sounds very suspicious but it actually is a real company calling for a real VA referral.
