received a call today stating having paper to be served on a class action lawsuit against me. Caller name was Rob Lincoln.

These people are relentless!! They call all the time, threatening lawsuits against my husband and leave messages with the last 4 of his SSN, and say that they will be bringing civil charges against him. I never call them back, I have them blocked, but they keep leaving messages requesting calls and threatening to take the matter to court. The date they are "bringing these charges" changes every phone call. I'm going to call my Attoney General...this is ridiculous!!
