so i received a call and pushed one and Mallory Anges answered put me on hold and when i call back the same number i was told they don't who that is be i could speak to her (Erin Davis) i to was told i was going to have charges filed against me for bank fraud and malicious intent to defraud a financial institution. When i told this women that i had actually made arragements for the amount that Ace Cash Express had on the website and that i had paid $100 of the balance that was showing she informed that she had no proof of that though her client says i owed $400 and something which i told her was not even the amount on the webite. Little did i realize that Ace had it on there website that all you had to to was put in someone's SSI# and it pulled up your name and all your information. When ask if i could get documentation of the amount owed she told the only documentation i would receive was a summons and a court order. Baily & Roe (as i heard it) is another bottom feeder collection agency scamming off of people credit bureaus. told me they have been trying to call me and i asked when because i readily answer my phone. told me they sent stuff and i said where and they said the po box told them been getting mail there 15 years so when. when asked for documention before any monies were to be sent. I was told she would have to close the case and send it to the litigation department and for me to get my attorney ready.
I have acutally paid this loan off 3 times and nothing was reported or rather something must have been because it $400 light of what i took out. So WHO IS ACUTALLY DEFRAUDING WHO...

They called abt a payday loan that is outdated, they lied claiming it was an investigation and was going to be sued. Told them if they call again the Attorney General will have their number.

Got a phone call this morning with an automated message asking for me. I called the number back and spoke with a Jessica Sutton who said she was with Bailey & Roam (sp) Associates investigation department and they are going to file charges against me for fraud and malicious intent to defraud a financial institution for a payday loan I supposedly got in 2008! Said the loan was through a company called National Group LLC but I may know them as Bahama Marketing Group (I've never heard of either) and that I owed them $320 but with fees and penalties they were taking me to court for $4,746.67 unless I paid them the $320 plus a penalty fee of $300 today. I asked for a copy of the contract I supposedly had with their "client" and/or something in writing validating the debt and was told that at this stage in the game they can't do that. I told them to go ahead and take me to court and I'll let my attorney handle it. She put me on hold to have me speak to the "closure department" and no one ever got back on the line.
