calls and hangs up, when we called back no one answered but they wanted to verify an account by using my social security number, wow they must think I am a special kind of stupid.

Keeps calling over and over no message left. Calls all hrs. I have never answered
Phishing - Watch out! Charter Communications scam. Say you owe Charter money and they are a "Collection" agency. LMAO. They should check first before trying their scam on people to see if it's even possible to have Charter at that phone number and address. A quick plugin of either would save them the a**-chewing. "Sorry but that service is not available at your location". Never has been, isn't currently and most likely won't be in the future.
