The caller said his name was Mr. Linbaugh and that there was a petition filed against me in Pinellas County, Florida. I am supposedly deemed unresponsive. I, or my attorney, has to call him back by 5:00 pm today (5/12/14) at his 308 extension so he can get a statement from me on this petition.

My elderly aunt keeps getting that exact same harrassing phone calll from the same number, pertaining to a neice-in-law that she hasn't seen ine 20 years. Don't worry about it. If there is any legal motions against you the courts will summon you. Also, I has the same call in the Fall of 2013 pertaining to my ex-husband who I've last seen 15 yrs ago and know nothing about. Then they wanted information about my ex's adult childrens where abouts. They wouldn't stop harrassing me until I called the FTC and ATT. Sadly, you may have to take an afternoon and file all those complaints in order to get them to stop.
