I received an email from US Acute Care Solutions stating that I had a balance due. This phone number was listed for me to call if I had questions about the charges: "For questions call your doctor's office at 1-855-678-3957." This is not my doctor's phone number and I will not be calling the number. Watch out for both the spam phone number and email.

I didn't receive a phone call from this number, but I did receive an e-mail from 'Us (sic) Acute Care Solutions' telling me that "there are new charges on your account." I long-pressed the 'View Balance' button, copied the URL, and opened the link using FireFox Focus. A page then opened requesting a temporary passcode be sent to my phone, and at the bottom of the page was the message, "Not your number? Please call our office at 1-855-678-3957 during normal business hours." I didn't request a passcode, and I'm not calling the number. If this were a legitimate medical service, they would bill my insurance first, not send me an e-mail directly. Very suspicious...
