Has to do with get goting refund for some reason to do with windows and apple. Dont understand why I keep getting these calls.

my dad is 84 and has alzheimer's. it sucks. I have to constantly remind him to not answer his phone unless he recognize the number. I have to watch his bank accounts and credit cards. That's whats so bad is they're going after people who can't defend themselves.
