They keep saying they are going to have me arrested

This number belongs to a scavenger debt company that goes under the name Cambridge group or Cambridge and Stein or Marnier and Assoc. They are rude and threatening. They threaten to call my boss to tell him I am being arrested for writing bad checks. The only thing is I have never had a checking account, have never needed one. Tell them to pound sand and then report them to the FTC
