Claims to be a representative from Microsoft stating I had critical errors on my computer & they want to scan it. (Not happening with my machines) So I hung up and got on Microsoft Tech Chat and the representative stated this is NOT one of their numbers. BE Wary of who calls you. ALWAYS double check the number.
