WHEN I TOLD THEM THE OWNER WAS BUSY THEY WOULD NOT STOP CALLING.... 10 TIMES OVER AND OVER!! AND THEN HE WAS VERY RUDE!! VERY BAD BUSINESS. WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM!! BELIEVE THE GUY SAID HIS NAME WAS BRAD
Very shady. They called asking for the owner and I told them that the owner was busy. They then asked if I was the one that makes the decision for which credit card company to use and when I answered yes, they just steamrolled on without letting me get a word in otherwise. They then proceed to ask me 5 more times whether or not I was sure I was the one to make the decisions in a very rude manner and then randomly transferring me to the manger there without asking me or telling me what was going one. When the manager got on the phone it wasn't any better. She started off saying, of course my associate explained the 3 fees, right?, and when I said that it wasn't explained to me, she just vaguely talked about it and then proceeded to ask for my cell phone number. I told them that I don't give out my personal cell phone number and they tried to strong arm me into giving it out, tried making numerous excuses. When I was adamant on not giving out my phone and to told them that I had to go since I had a meeting, they said they'll call back the next day at 11 a.m. and then continue to talk on the phone with me, even though I had to leave. Finally, after 10 more minutes of them talking, I just hung up.
They are very rude and if you give them any semblance of an answer no, they tried to bulldoze you. If they call, don't make any promises, give them any other contact information and give a concise "NO! Not interested!"
so "marcus" called today, asked if I was busness owner, said no but I am the manager, I can help you. His reply, "why don't you go and grab the owner for me". This triggered me and I did reply "no, I cannot", his smart-ass reply was he would just call back some other time when he can get her since I wont help him". I exchanged some choice words before hanging up!
