Marcus Green capital financing says 2felonies filed against me with attorney general and I would need to speak to their lawyer to work out a deal !! When I asked to send me paper work he said I would have to speak to their attorney first! Then hung up on me when I told him I was work and couldn't talk

Yes, they call and I also made the mistake of giving them to much information about myself. And then in return the called back using the information I gave them and said that they were coming to my house to arrest me, but I know my debt. And they could offer the name of the company I supposed to owe!

Didn't get a name. Caller was talking to a man in the background and I almost hung up. Then she asked for a Nannette Embry. I told her she had the wrong number, so she asked if I was a friend or family member of Nannette.
I told her I'd never heard that name before, and gave her my name *like an idiot*. she apologized and said she'd permanently remove my number from their list. Hopefully she will, but after the complaints I've seen, I'll be marking that number as a scammer.
I've had my number for over 5 years, and still get collections calls for the guy who had it before me, but Nannette is a name I truly never heard before today.

Threatened by Laura Matthews court papers will be filed if I do not call back. Said I had two felonies no reason or explanation given.
