The woman was very rude saying that they have sent numerous letters to me which I never received that is why I think it's a scam. Could not reach them back at there number

Received a cal from American Medical Diagnostics saying they were collection and that I owed 300 and something dollars. I never heard of them and never received any mail from them. Could not reach them when I called back. Just a ring then busy. This seems like a poorly executed scam.
