I have been getting calls from this number almost daily for more than 2 weeks. Up until today I have not answered, but today I did. It was an automated call from Minnesota Life Insurance Co. I listened to their message and near the end they gave us the option to Press 1 to be removed from their call list. I wish I had done this a long time ago. Hopefully this will stop the calls.

This number calls multiple times per day and leaves no message. Always stays on the line (voice mail) for 2-3 seconds. Maybe it is automated?
