I got a call from them yes several all different times of the day. They say they are zedd solutions company and make an offer to lower your rogers cell bill. They ask if you are satisfied with rogers, stuff like that. I got an unbelievable offer from them to lower my bill by $20 a month and have the same exact plan without no contract. I didnt know rogers gave up their contracts? he said they did. I don't know if they are telling the truth or not when i go to rogers web sight there is no plan that gives me what i already have at a lower rate $35 a month ,than what i pay already, with out strings attached or a contract signed for 3 years. I would of jumped at the chance to only pay $35 for a month for like forever like they promised.
Do not call list don't work at all. Why bother.
Calls multiple times per day, never leaves a message and when you answer, you get a beep and then disconnected
This is Rogers so called "customer sat" survey which turns into a har sales call. I too am on their do not call list and have been for over a year. If there are any class action lawyers reading this, I am quite certain you'll have a big case against them for violating CRTC's telemarketing laws.
The company is called Customer Solutions and they do telemarketing for Rogers. No one in Rogers Customer Service was able to help, so I called their head office at 416-935-7777 and spoke to a very pleasant woman. She looked up the information for me, transfered my call to a gentleman named Marco, and he put my phone number into their do not call database.
A bit of a pain, but at least the people at head office were polite, efficient and got it dealt with in less than 5 minutes.

If you call back the number, there is an answering machine where they will give you phone number 647-727-1645 to call to get your number of their calling list.

My husband changed his cell phone number after having it for a number of years to avoid such calls (and had to pay to do this). He also decided not to renew the term. Instead, he goes month by month. I called the number (head office 416-935-7777) and spoke to someone and indicated that we will change our cell phone provider if this should happen again.
