Callers name was Maria Rodriguez sayin she was with ACG group calling for check fraud. That if I didn't return her call immediately and give a statement before further legal action is taken that id forfit my opportunity to give a statement and it's a direct refusal to comply and that with in accordance to state law, I had been notified.

I don't answer numbers I don't know.

They called me today but I didn't answer. Definitely don't know anyone called ACG Alexander Cole and Grand though.

Called left threatening messages

Total scam. This an automated call from a very poorly put together presentation claiming that you are about to be served with legal papers. They attempt to scare you into calling them so they can get your vital information and then scam you out of your hard earned money. They will also reach out to family members and claim that they were used as a reference, despite it all being BS. When I called back they claimed they were Alexander Cole and Grant out of Albany New York. If you check the Bar Association for New York there is no such company. They use this to suggest they have some legal ability to go after you. If you have been victimized by this number, I recommend filing appropriate charges in the state of your residence or with federal investigative agencies.
