Received a call earlier from Allison Shrader telling me my name and social was also listed and its very important that I return their call for my statement. SCAM!! Told to call 855-765-8926.

I just got a call this morning from a private number. I answered because sometimes my daughter call from a private number.. He said his name but he hesitated each time he said it.. Clue number 1. He said there was a civil action against me and he was calling because they were trying to process the papers so I would not have to go to court. Clue number 2. If I have a civil court case documents would have been sent in the mail or hand delivered by the Sheriff department.. I asked him for the case number and the name of the company and googled it and came here. Now mind you he never knew it was actually me he was talking to. SCAM.. his name was Jonathan something

The keep calling saying I took out a loan and didn't pay it back. Ugh, all I would have to do is get a bank statement to prove them wrong. This is harrassment and against the Law. I'm reporting them. Have had enough.

This I R P and Associates collection agency is a fraudulent company which prey on innocent people. Do not fall for their scam. They will try to convince you that you have an outstanding pay day loan, or a bounced check, or an un paid student loan....etc. They somehow get your phone, address, the name of your bank, and the last 4 numbers of your social. I know this sounds scary but they don't have all of your personal information unless you give it to them. Ask for their name or the address of I R P & Associates. They won't give it to you...they just curse at you and then hang up on you. I was able to block them on my phone thank goodness. If anyone has an address for these bogus scammers, please share it. It would be nice to pursue them with litigation for harassment!

Got a voicemail from these people too. Left a case number and said it was the last time they were calling me and they were filing the documents against me. I called them back this morning after doing research on them, I wanted to see what they would say. The guy said they were trying to send documents to an address that was really old. I told him that was no longer my address. When I wouldn't give him my address he got mad and told me I was in a lot of trouble with the D.A. and good luck to me!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!

Called and said I had an outstanding loan from 2012 from an online check cashing place. Gave me an account # for a checking account that I had at USBank that was CLOSED years before this saposivley occured.
I told them if they did have my information then they should be sending me things in the mail. That I had moved but if they googled me all the information they have would be on google.
I told him I was going to report it to the Sherriff's department, BBB and he said "ooh you don't scare me"
Total scam.

I rcvd a call from caller ID#609-283-1093; the voicemail started with a recording saying "Tracy Livers", then a real person saying her name was Alison Strayder, leaving the statement that they had documents with my name and SSN and I could provide a statement prior to her decision as a courtesy by calling her back directly at #855-764-8926 with an un-legible file #
