Yes, they did not leave a message after calling a number that no one even has record of except the phone company. So they probably did some kind of skip tracing. However, I informed them I was not who they were looking for

The person who called me today to let me know of a debt started cursing at me immediately and then hung up on me when I called back management told me they would review the tape and that was all this gentleman was beyond rude as was "management" who has no intention of correcting this employee

Dec. 1, 2010 - The Colorado Attorney General's office filed a lawsuit against Regent Asset Management Solutions, Inc. on suspicion that they engaged in the unlicensed collection of debt in Colorado and violated Colorado consumer protection statutes. Regent Asset Management Solutions collected debts after its license with the state expired. The company is also suspected of not providing consumers it contacted with evidence of teh debts it was attempting to collect.

November 15, 2011 DENVER — Colorado Attorney General John Suthers announced today that the state has secured a court order barring Regent Asset Management Solutions, Inc., a Denver-based debt collection agency, and its CEO, Michael A Scata (DOB: 5/6/1954), from engaging in the unlicensed collection of debt in Colorado in violation of the Colorado Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The order also requires that Regent Asset Management Solutions pay the state $70,000 in civil penalties for violations of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.

This caller is harassing me with calls about my son who died on April 19, 2014. I have repeatedly told them my son is dead and that he never lived at my address and yet they continue to call and dredge up the memory of his death. I have repeatedly asked them not to call my number as it is very distressing to me. Callers name is Christine this time. She left her name & number on my answering machine along with a case number and that it was important that I return her call. This has been going on ever since the date of my son's death.

Said got my number thru name and ssn. They left 2 messages. Now that I know is scam I will call them back and play their game

they have called my sister on her cell phone numerous times after she has told them not to. it is a man who is very rude and yelling. last night he called twice and he said something bad is going to happen to me. it was a threat and I don't know what to do . I am scared

Called my parents looking for me fishing for info. Mr Olson called and left message on their answering machine. Googled right away, noticed they are scam.

Same with many other people reporting about this number. Called asking for a guy I don't know. Then was rude. I asked him to remove my number, but he said' and will keep calling me. Called back again and threatened to keep calling. Sounds like harassment to me.

Looking for someone who does not have this number and when I asked them to remove my # they were not just rude, but down right vulgar and insulting.

I received a call from this number and the agent was very rude, and it's very disturbing. He called me ghetto trash and was very compative on the phone. I'm not sure what type of agency this is, but I'm contacting a lawyer.

this call came in and said they were IRP and Associates and called my husbands number asked for me by my middle name then my first name then asked if my husband knew a blank Harris no we dont so I called this morning and they had no record of my husbands number these people cant even scam right
