Says they have my name and SS #. They have papers on me and have been trying to find me. I hung up because I thought it was a scam!

I called back and they answer the phone MAY I HELP YOU they dont say the name of the company and most likely they fail to comply iwith the FDCPA

Some Alison lady keeps freaking calling me telling me about some docs with my name and ss. I don't answer bc 855 numbers are usually scams, but it gives me a file#.. so idk, I'm pretty confused, but have an effy feeling too lol
