i received the same type of call. it was to my cell phone and to my job. the secretary feared for me. because the call was so agressive. she reported the call to my HR department..

i first got a call from a "private" number saying something about summons..he instructed me to call a number immediately so i can get a release form and went further to give me a court case # which he said i would need when i make the call...the number he gave is 1-855-784-7428...i asked him what this was about and he just RTH

Left a message on my phone twice said his name was Shawn and that I will be served papers at my job or at my address. He knew my current address and my previous address. Called back they were ready rude and telling me I needed to pay some money or make payment arrangements.

These people gave this number to a man who called me at work and threatened to have me served with papers at work if I did not resolve my issue with these people today..
